“We wait. We are bored.”
“To-morrow, when I wake, or think I do, what shall I say of to-day?”
“Let’s go. Yes, let’s go. (They do not move).”
“Nothing to be done.”
“I don’t seem to be able… (long hesitation) to depart.”
“Such is life.”
We are always waiting for something, are we not? We remain inactive at the mercy of life; hoping that God’s timing would simply adjust to ours, and that thing would come to us. No matter how long we wait, it just never does.
So we wait again,
and again,
and again…
Title & quotes in this post were all used from “Waiting for Godot”, a stripped down play by Samuel Beckett. The photos attempt to depict a very common state of human behavior that we all strive to deny, we are always waiting for something.

Very touching photos, really hold a deep message.
when you stop wasting time with hdr crap, you do produce some quite neat work.. i love the tones.. i do not have a big brain (like yours) to dig the philosophical statements mi amigo.. but glad to see you’re playing with light in such a way.. love the sunlight outlining the turned back in the first shot.. my very favorite. not so sure about the last two compared to the rest.. and hey, i own the rights for self-foot portraits
absolutely breathtaking!! especially the last photo, i could sit on that bench forever
Life tought me not to wait …. just simply make it happen.
Very very nice…keep it up.
