Quebec City, and the Ice Hotel

Few days ago I went on a University-planned trip to Quebec city, the capital of the Canadian province of Quebec. Besides travelling to a colder city than Montreal, I believe we spent more time riding the bus than touring around the city on feet.

Montmorency “frozen” Falls.

The ice hotel idea is stolen from Sweden and Norway though :P with the first ice hotel built in Sweden, followed by Norway (in 3 different areas) with one as Europe’s northernmost ice hotel. The beauty of this hotel in Norway is that each year it has a different theme. You should come across and have a look for yourself ;)
