This weekend I rushed down to a 3,000 years-old Nowruz (new-day) celebration party arranged by the Iranian club at Concordia. Nowruz marks the first day of spring and the beginning of a new Persian year, and it is annually celebrated and observed by Iranian people and the related cultural continent.
